Does every K-pop group have an official lightstick?

How can I tell if a lightstick is official?

Do lightsticks sync at concerts?
Yes: at the venue, a central system takes over the lightsticks by radio so the whole crowd changes color together; you usually pair yours in the app and register your seat before the show.
